A9Garage ("we," "us," "the site") is an independent, fan-made companion site for Asphalt Legends Unite. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Gameloft SE. This page explains what information we collect when you use A9Garage, how it's used, and the choices available to you.
A9Garage is built to work for casual browsing without an account. If you choose to create a garage account to sync data (such as Gauntlet division progress or logged track times) across devices, we store:
This account data is stored via our backend (a Cloudflare Worker) and is used solely to sync your data across your own sessions and devices. We do not sell this data or share it with third parties beyond what's described below.
A9Garage uses your browser's local storage (not cookies) to remember preferences like unit settings (mph/km/h), overclock display toggles, and cached car/career data so pages load faster. This stays on your device and isn't sent to us.
We use Google AdSense to show ads on A9Garage. Google and its advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. This helps keep the site's tools free to use.

We use privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand overall traffic and page performance. This doesn't track you individually across sites.
A9Garage links out to community resources we credit in the footer (such as ASEC Tools, community-maintained car databases, and MEI), and to our Discord server. We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites.
A9Garage is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with account information, contact us via Discord (link below) and we'll remove it.
Depending on where you live (e.g. under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete data associated with your garage account. To make a request, reach out via our Discord server linked below, and we'll action it as soon as possible.
We may update this policy as the site's features or ad/analytics providers change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
